Returns & Replacements

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with anything you have purchased then please return them within 14 days, in a saleable condition and we will refund you in full.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

If goods have not been delivered within 30 days of order then the Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the Contract and to request a full refund of the entire purchase price provided the goods, if subsequently delivered, are returned to Petcare unused and in their original packaging.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We make every effort to maintain prices throughout the year, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down. The prices in our online shop are current and include VAT at the current rate.

A Contract between the customer and Petcare for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
